Returns and Refunds

We want every VYTYN item to bring you satisfaction.

If for any reason the product does not suit you, you can exchange or return it within 14 days from the moment of receiving the order in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”.

To arrange an exchange or return, please contact our manager — we will help coordinate all details and provide instructions for returning the item.

Refunds are processed within three business days after receiving the item and checking its condition. Refunds are issued using a method agreed upon with the customer.

Exchange or return is possible provided that:

the item has not been used
the original appearance is preserved
all tags and packaging are intact

Shipping costs for exchange or return are covered by the customer.
