Public Offer
for concluding a sales contract
This document is an official public offer to conclude a distance sales contract via the VYTYN online store available at:
https://www.vytyn.com.ua
In accordance with Articles 633, 641, and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, placing an order on the website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer by the Customer.
1. Definitions
Online store — the website https://www.vytyn.com.ua through which goods are sold.

Customer — an individual or legal entity placing an order on the website.
Goods — clothing, embroidered products, and other items presented in the online store.
Order — a properly completed request by the Customer to purchase goods via the website.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The Seller undertakes to transfer the goods to the Customer, and the Customer undertakes to pay for and accept the goods in accordance with this offer.
The sales contract is considered concluded at the moment the order is placed on the website.
3. Order Placement
The Customer places an order independently via the online store cart.
When placing an order, the Customer provides the following information:
- name
- phone number
- delivery address
- email (if required)
The Seller has the right to contact the Customer to уточнить details of the order.
4. Price
All prices are indicated on the website in Ukrainian hryvnia.
The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
The price confirmed in the order cannot be changed.
5. Payment
Payment can be made using the following methods:
- Bank card transfer — payment via direct transfer to a bank card.
- Invoice payment — payment based on an issued invoice.
- Bank transfer — available for legal entities and entrepreneurs.
- Visa / Mastercard — online payment via Visa or Mastercard through a payment system.
- PayPal — convenient option for international orders.
Payment is considered completed after confirmation by the payment system.
6. Delivery
Delivery is carried out by shipping services within Ukraine and internationally.
The most commonly used service is Nova Poshta.
Shipping costs are paid by the Customer according to carrier tariffs unless otherwise stated in promotions.
7. Exchange and Returns
The Customer has the right to return or exchange goods within 14 calendar days in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”.
Returns are accepted provided that:
- the item has not been used
- the original condition is preserved
- all tags and packaging are intact
Refunds are issued after the Seller receives the goods, using a method agreed upon with the Customer.
8. Privacy
By placing an order, the Customer agrees to the processing of personal data in accordance with Ukrainian law.
9. Changes to the Offer
The Seller reserves the right to modify this offer.
The current version is always available on the website.
